• Once your order is processed and dispatched, you will receive an automated email confirmation with tracking information.

4.2 Shipping Rates & Options

4.3 Order Tracking

Once your package leaves our distribution facility, we will email you a shipment confirmation email containing a tracking number and link. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update in the carrier system.

For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or local tariffs levied by the destination country. TÜV NORD LUXEMBOURG S.à r.l. is not responsible for delays caused by customs holds or clearance procedures.

4.5 Address Corrections & Undeliverable Packages

Please double-check your shipping address during checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If a package is returned to our facility as undeliverable, the customer may be responsible for re-shipping costs.
